“ my girlfriend and I loved the pizza! The base was super tasty and fresh out the pizza oven. The atmosphere was great and felt personal. You can tell the workers care about what they do. the only thing close to a negative is they forgot our garlic dip, which they took off the bill without complaint. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in Lincoln again! ”
“ Nice place to come with family! Freshly cooked pizza, friendly atmosphere, great service. This is all you need to spend lovely evening ”
“ First time at Dough Loco and what a great time we had! We loved the disco ball and swing music and it was the perfect setting to celebrate my Mum’s birthday. Luke and Hannah FOH were both very friendly and had great knowledge of the menu and energy - they also gave my Mum a complementary drink which was so nice! Big shout out also to Leah and Henry in the kitchen who made DELICIOUS vegan pizzas. Full of flavour and expertly made. It’s great to see an independent venue doing so well and all of the staff clearly love working here and with one another which is also lovely to see! ”
“ Very impressive Neapolitan pizza. On the pricey side, though there is no doubting the quality of the ingredients and being the other side of the wall from the castle means the location couldn't get much better. Atmosphere and the friendly staff cap off the experience - well worth a visit after the long trek up Steep Hill. ”
“ Just had an awesome experience at Dough Loco! The food was absolutely amazing — every pizza was packed with flavor, and even their gluten-free base was spot on (no cardboard taste here!). Prices were really reasonable for the quality, and the service was just as impressive — friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The vibe of the place is quirky and cool too, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to hang out longer. Definitely a new favorite — highly recommend! ”
“ Went as a family of four, booked online which was super easy. Service was really personal, felt like it is, a small independent business and it shows. Food was outstanding. I recommend the New York pizza base option, really thin and crispy. Kids menus is great value. Espresso coffee to finish was lovely. Atmosphere with the disco ball is fun and friendly. ”
“ Food was amazing!! Great quality and great value. Staff friendly and the place as a whole was definitely a fun vibe We had the Sharer Starter, this was delicious Then had a pizza and loaded fries to share. Which was more than enough. Food was flavoursome and was served quickly. Cocktails were nice too! ”
“ Outstanding pizzas! Everyone really enjoyed their choice from the extensive menu (lots of interesting options). The pizza dough was fantastic (thin with a nice thick but soft crust) and the toppings great. Nice selection of drinks and an awesome kids' menu. We were happy to see a place like this packed out on a Sunday at lunchtime, and were very happy the staff accommodated us without a booking! Highly recommend this pizzeria with a great origin story. ”
